Anurag Agrawal, CEO
Techaisle is headed by Anurag Agrawal, a veteran Market Research executive with over 24 years proven track record in market research, data analytics and offshore callcenters. He was the Chief Operating Officer at AMI-Partners where he was responsible for managing worldwide research, research operations and consulting projects while also leading AMI's Asia/Pacific operations. Prior to AMI, he was Senior Vice President, Operations at Knowledge Networks, responsible for consumer segmentation, panel, data analytics, survey software development and statistics. Before he joined Knowledge Networks, Anurag headed Gartner's Worldwide Research Operations. As a Vice President, he manage data collection and analysis for hardware, software, services groups, as well as launched and implemented Gartners' quarterly tracker products and IT Market Databook. He began his market research career with IDC, where he was responsible for launching IDC's Asia/Pacific quarterly tracker research.
Paolo Puppoli, Managing Partner, EMEA
Paolo's areas of expertise include corporate strategy, go-to-market analysis, international expansion and new market development.  Prior to Techaisle he was a Senior Manager at Fujitsu Siemens Computers where he was responsible for the development of sales & marketing strategies as well as development and execution of a number of specific customer driven projects across 25 countries. He was also a Global Strategic Marketing Strategist at Nokia Oy where his responsibilities included market analysis, strategic programs development, field marketing, and competitive analysis. It is here where he also conceived, launched and managed structured modeling for mobile services solution offerings. He was also an Analyst at Gartner working on Computing, Printing and Networking markets in EMEA. Prior to Gartner, he was Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard UK and was responsible for development and execution for Total Quality Control based projects. Paolo has a degree in European Business from the University of Sunderland, post graduate specialization course from Thames Marketing College, and is an affiliated student for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.


Arun Misra, Managing Director, India
Arun Mishra has about total of seventeen years of rich and dynamic experience with over over ten years in market research and six years in broadcasting - electronic and print media. He has been very successful in launching and promoting Dotcom Consultants - his own market research group in 1998. He has carried out extremely challenging projects amidst high working pressures. He is also adept at organizing and executing projects even in the remotest areas of India and has established very good relationships with client organizations. Arun has worked in different capacities with All India Radio and National Television as an outdoor broadcaster, producer and a commentator. Witha flair for handling programs and spot coverages, he has interviewed people from various sections of society including senior executives and senior government officials. He has written various articles besides arranging discussions on current affairs (for AIR) in published format for Kashmir Times - a leading newspaper published from J & K. He has acted as a coordinator of the National Symposium (Youth Culture and Creativity) organized by Ministry of Human Resources and Development to frame the National Youth Policy at IIM - Joka, Calcutta (Dec'96). Arun also has a long association with SPIC-MACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth). Arun also started the Sindhu Festival in 1993 in Ladakh (J&K). This was  in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism (Govt. of India). The festival attracts tourists from across the world every year and gets a glimpse of Indian heritage and culture. Arun is a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Institution of Engineer's Calcutta.

Gitika Bajaj, Senior Consultant
Gitika Bajaj is associated with Dotcom Consultants since its inception in 1998, have been associated with the IDC (India) Limited, PC Quest, DQ Week , Data Quest - a Cyber Media group and managed their web, telephonic and field surveys. She has widespread experience in conducting India region market studies and qualitative research simultaneously across 40 cities countrywide. She herself has widely travelled across north, western and southern region to conduct in depth studies and to meet with the channel partners. She has been conducting telephonic and one to one interviews with the CIO/ CTO's of top corporate organizations for in depth study of the Indian Telecom and Networking scenarios. Has been reviewing and providing market insight on bi-monthly basis and has been instrumental in bridging information gaps faced by channel community. In an initiative to take this further she has brought together about 20,000 channel partners under one roof through an " IT Book" which enables the IT vendors and channel partners a single source of credible information. She has designed a unique navigation system that allows clients to search by products and services, by vendor name or channel partner, and by region and distribution network hierarchy. Gitika holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Development from University of Jammu ( J & K) India.

Abhijeet Rane, Senior Vice President and Managing Partner
Abhijeet Rane is a Senior Vice President for Consulting and Segmentation and a Managing Partner. A veteran technologist, an early advocate of Cloud Computing, he cut his teeth in the field while at vJungle. Prior to Techaisle he was a Senior Vice President, Small & Medium Business Research at AMI and was responsible for managing and executing many client specific segmentation projects. He was also a Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Streamserve Inc. where he was managing marketing operations in 14 countries. his responsibilities included product marketing, lead generation, field marketing, PR, analyst relations and competitive analysis. It is here where he also conceived, launched and managed next-generation e-payments solution offerings. While as Vice President of Corporate Development at vJungle Inc., one of the earliest Web services startups — he pioneered the development of a service-oriented architecture-based platform. He was also a Business Consultant at Microsoft in the Natural Interactive Systems Division (NISD) working on speech recognition and natural language processing and helped build the business plan for Speech Server. Prior to Microsoft he was Corporate Marketing Manager at Artisoft and was responsible for marketing seven product lines to the small business market. He started his foray into market research after being recuited as Research Analyst at IDC covering home office, interactive services and small business markets.
